Happy Hello

This is yet another card inspired by the VSN last month. It was to use inches. I had never heard of inches, but it made a great challenge!

Materials Used: Stamps: Mini Mates, Lots of Thoughts;
Paper: Very Vanilla, Cameo Coral, Ruby Red, Garden Green;
Ink: Ruby Red, Garden Green;
Accessories: Cuttlebug embossing folder
